Creating Memorable Client Relationships

I was recently at a conference where they were discussing ways to thank your clients for the business they gave you. The suggestion was made to add an online gift store where people could go shopping when they had purchased a home from you.  While I get the concept of letting a client pick their present, I also see this as being more like a gimmick and not the most powerful way of making a memorable impression on a client.

I share below my thoughts on this situation:


 

So when you want to make a memorable impression on your clients so that they will never forget you, take the time to listen, learn their passions and share with them something that will have a lasting effect.
