    Just a knee jerk reaction here, but why not have a QR code, or stickybits code? Making the customer work too hard. If scanning is available perhaps manual input has become too much to ask.

    Actually Colin, I would disagree with you. The percentage of consumers with a smart phone and knowledge of how they work in comparison to those who have a facebook or twitter account is minimal. I think doing just that would be much less effective.

    I would agree with you, but they filtered it out themselves by specifying iPhone and Droid users. Otherwise, you and I are on the same page there.

    though, they did refer specifically to their mobile ready site. which is outside of your original question. So, base on your original question, I concur.
